Notary Fees:
$15.00 for first signature
$5.00 for each additional signature
$7.50 for each oath or affirmation without signature
$7.50 for each document certification
Travel Fees: (Payable when schedule appointment)
$15.00/hr – Minimum 2 hours (6:00am – 7:00pm)
$30.00/hr – Minimum 2 hours (7:00pm – 6:00am)

Requirements
1. Physically present at time of appointment with witnesses – if required;
2. State issued Drivers License or ID card or Passport or Consular ID Card;
