What Does an Apostille Facilitator do?

• Makes sure that the document(s) are sent to the correct Secretary of State;
• Makes sure the correct coversheet is sent to the Secretary of State;
• Makes sure that the correct number of copies are included;
• Makes sure that everything is correctly notarized;
• Makes sure that all acknowledgments are attached;
• Makes sure that the correct amount of money is paid; and
• That all labels and return labels are included.
